  • Identification of psychological, emotional and behavioral issues/trauma in the workplace.
  • Diagnosis of psychological, emotional and behavioral disorders in the workplace.
  • Development and implementation of treatment plans and therapeutic processes in the workplace.
  • Assisting  staff members in defining goals and setting action plans to achieve personal, social, educational and vocational development and adjustment.
  • Monitoring of client progress through regular meetings or sessions.
  • Conducting research and publishing research findings and reporting accordingly.
